Parker is the man. This company is awesome. We had an AC issue on a Sunday when others were closed. 95° outside and the temp in the home. 82° inside before noon. Parker not only was willing to come out next day but same day. Super honest, found the problem quickly, showed me what was wrong with the part. Had the part stocked on his truck. He had the unit up and running working 30-45 minutes. Trust these smaller companies. Pricing is more than fair and it’s awesome to support local small business. They priced me out for a mini split system as well for the upstairs and prices were better than most if not all. Awesome experience. 10/10

Parker did a great job helping us with replacing our old dryer vent. We originally called to have it cleaned and then realized that it was a fire hazard and needed replacing. He came quickly and did a great job and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

We called Parker from Remarkable Comfort Solutions and he was able to quickly come out to check our HVAC system. He gave us detailed and honest information on what our options were and what needed to be done. He explained everything clearly. His bid to replace existing HVAC system was absolutely the best compared with the two other companies that gave us bids. Friendly and knowledgeable guy. The representative was wonderful. I feel terrible that I can't remember his first name he was friendly, I felt he was very trustworthy he was efficient. Just cannot say enough good. Found the problem took care of it, obviously knowing well what he was doing. Great person to deal with wouldn't hesitate having him back for any problem in the future. Fast, affordable, efficient. I was putting off having my 20 year old AC fixed cause I was afraid the whole system might have needed to be replaced. Remarkable comfort solutions got it running like new again right away and for much less than I was expecting. It's so nice to have cool air again!

These guys did a great job. They installed two mini splits in two bedrooms in the basement. They look and work great. Parker and his team knew what they were doing and were great to work with. Planning to work with them again in the future.

My furnace stopped working as the fan for my AC system. Working with my warranty company Remarkable Comfort Solutions worked to fix the furnace. The furnace was too old to fix and they again worked with the warranty company to replace the furnace. This process was over almost two week and Remarkable Comfort Solutions had open communication to let me know the process and status. After all the back and forth with my warranty company the whole AC and Furnace system was replaced and it is working wonderfully.

Nothing but good things to say about Remarkable Comfort Solutions! We flip several homes a year and have work with several HVAC companies but none of them have come close to the customer service and job well done that these guys did. Not to mention they beat all the other quotes we got by thousands… yes thousands. Lindsay is so professional and thorough, we were seriously so impressed and will be using them on all our jobs from here on out.

If I could give Parker more than 5 stars, I would. Our heater went out early Saturday morning on the coldest weekend of the winter thus far, and Parker and his team showed up ASAP on Saturday to diagnose the issue. He drove all the way out to southern Utah county on a Sunday to grab our part and all the way back up to Holladay to help us out. Our heater is working again and needless to say we are very, very happy. The dedication and responsiveness by Parker and his team is exceptional.

I really enjoyed working with Parker. He was fast, attentive, smart, and honest. We got 3 professional opinions on our AC unit, the first told us that it was an electrical issue and we needed an electrician. The second told us we needed an entire new unit. And then Parker came out and said your fuses are bad, he replaced them right then and now the AC is running beautifully! To say I’m pleased is a understatement!

Excellent service! Careful, thorough, attentive. Lindsay and Parker were great to work with. They communicated well, came to do the job on time, and the quality of the work they did was great. They thought out the project really well and the excellent craftsmanship is obvious in the work they did. They allowed me to ask them a lot of questions and never made me feel rushed. And they cleaned up after themselves so that there was no garbage or debris left behind. I highly recommend this company.

Heat went out Friday night and Parker came out Saturday to inspect our furnace. Our unit is older and he wasn’t sure if he could get a part before Monday. Temps had dropped to 15 degrees Saturday night and we called him again Sunday because our hot water had also gone out. Parker drove an hour to go get the part and another hour back to our house to fix both units. We’ve had trouble finding reliable home services since moving to SLC and think we’ve finally found it in Parker. Highly highly recommend!!!!!
